I’m sorry but that wasn’t rude nor was that addressed to you, that was addressed to another user. Creating a new topic with specifics for that user’s problem really is the best way to get that resolved for that other user.

Also please do not post your email in these forums. Except for plugin and theme authors in their own sub-forum it’s really frowned upon when members post email addresses like that.
