Reorder Ad insertions

Hello, how can I reorder the tabs for the ad insertions. I added multiple ad insertions/tabs over the time and they are displayed according to the tab number one after the other. How can I move a recently created ad/tab more up so it is displayed before previous tabs?
I added tab No 6 and want it to display before tab 4. How to do that?

Hello
To show the list of all blocks click on the Blocks button in the header row.
Then click on the Rearrange block order button to enable moving blocks.
Now you can drag and move blocks to swap blocks or create new block order. The position where the block would be moved is highlighted. When you are happy with the order click on the Save button.
