    thanks for the video, that’s really useful to see what is happening.

    I reckon there is a js error on your page, can you inspect the page console and report any js errors

    I just reallised this error occurs only on some specific term IDs which I just fixed in v2.14.5

    Can you upgrade and let me know if it works now
