ReOrder Sub Categories In a Main Category

Is there a way on the same page “https://lasa.org/news-documents/documents/discharge-monitoring-reports-dmrs/” to have the sub categories have the most recent year on top?

Example in Blue Rock Water Resources Recovery Facility can the years be in the opposite order with 2024 at the top.

That is not possible, as category order is asc :).
