Repairing after import

    Hi, I’m having problems getting my forum to repair after import. None of the topics are now linked with the forums, and same with the replies

    I’ve noticed in the database that after importing, the forums have a new ID number.. that can’t help?!

    Any ideas how to repair this without manually changing all the ID numbers please?

    After importing, the forum ID will normally change. And the topics and replies should automatically connect to the new forum ID.

    It is advisable to check if there is any issue with your CSV file. If you can send the CSV file across to [email protected], we will take a look and get back to you soon.

    Great thanks, I’ve emailed you the CSV. I tried a full reset and complete re-import, then went to tools > forums and repaired each one individually again and still not getting all the forums and topics to link up. Also, the import doesnt seem to register sub forums?

    We have checked your CSV and it was fine. You need to select the “Bulk Import Process” option to import with the forum, topics, and replies.
