    I have a client using the booking tool and showstopping issue for us is that clients can’t select the same date/time for repeat bookings sold in packages. For example, client books a 5-class package and wants to select the same time, Monday at 5pm, for all those sessions. Currently they have to click each day/time AND because of the setup it means they can accidentally select more or less than the allocated 5 in the package. It’s really not user-friendly to make them select each session individually.

    Hopefully this can be done with the current version of Amelia and it’s just that we’re misisng soemthing.

    If it’s not possible today will it be implemented sometime soon? In the meantime we’re having to look at other tools to do this and have taken Amelia offline.

    Hi there,

    At the moment you can only limit the client to a specific day by creating the employee schedule to be on that day only. Other than that there is no other workaround at the moment, I’m afraid; this feature is made to be flexible.

    Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can’t see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

    After it’s been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.
