Repeat notifications

I have created a campaign that sends email notifications every time a new post is made, following the documentation located here:

I have one subscriber (myself) listed in the audience page, but I’ve noticed that several times a day, at seemingly random times, I get the same alert for the same new post. This has been happening for several days now.

I’ve tried removing myself from the audience list (which is now empty), but I continue to receive email alerts. I’ve searched the forums here quite a bit, but couldn’t find a solution that worked for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
