Repeat notifications incorrect currency

Hi Daniel,

First of all thanks for the great plugin!

I just have 2 small qualms; when i receive notifications of sales they come through in USD and not in my site’s currency (GBP).

The other is that if a previous buyer has bought from us and bookmarked the order confirmation page, every time they click to access that page the same notification comes up of them buying from us. (Same order number/person/amount) – this is quite annoying as it seems some of ours customers have our website as their home destination when they open their web browser.

Is there anything that can be done about this? Thanks ??
