Repeat option missing fifth option

I have a recurring event on the first, third and last wednesday of the month.
It’s every two weeks, so for example February 2023 has two wednesdays for our event, but the calendar sees also February 22 as last wednesday.
It makes sense, but I would like to have an option for fifth wednesday.

So in February the events are on the 1st and 15th.
And in March 2023 the events are on the 1st, 15th and 29th.

Is this possible?
