Repeated email holder in shipping section

Hello guys.
Great plugin, thanks for it.
I’m working in local before go live, I just activated the plugin and I found that the email holder is placed two times, at the beginning of the form and at the beginning of the shipping section, before the first and last name. I was looking for the demos and is not happening there. I am working with Storefront.
