Repeated New Taxonomy Added Warnings

    Anyone else getting repeated warnings in the Yoast dashboard for a new or changed taxonomy on the site when nothing has changed as far as you’re aware?

    I’m getting this on pretty much every site I have Yoast installed and even when I work through it and update Yoast, it continues to come back over-and-over-and-over.

    Thanks for reaching out regarding the new taxonomy notification.

    If you click on the notification, it should redirect you to the content type (Categories & tags) in question; it could be that you created new posts under that category.

    And I understand how annoying and confusing the notification gets when persistent. There’s an open bug report with our developers to make the notification clearer and less persistent in relation to newly-introduced post types and taxonomies. In the meantime, you may ignore the notification but keep an eye on our changelog for plugin updates.
