Repeating event suggestions

Would love to see:

Repeat every [x]th [day] of month
ie Every 1 thursday of month

Repeat every [x]th week of month

Exclude dates (For dates off on a repeating calendar)

Include dates (For multiple dates that may not be regular)

Cancel dates (To show event with the word CANCELLED)
