Repeating events Not working

  • I am transferring a development site to a brand new server for hosting and now my repeating events option locks up my site. When clicked it opens the option window but will just show the spinning loader indefinitely. I am using an Amazon hosting server.

    cPanel Version 58.0 (build 31)
    Apache Version 2.4.23
    PHP Version 5.6.26
    MySQL Version 5.6.33
    Architecture x86_64
    Operating System linux
