repeating events time changes

Hello, Program works great but we ntoiced when we setup repeating events, the first one is fine, but the rest of them the time is off by 1 hour (makes it earlier. I’ve udpated plugins, disabled all other plugins, and no luck. Any ideas why it would make future recurring events earlier?
