Repeating first name

this is a strange one, just checked on my sites and I am not having this issue. Could you send me screenshots of the details of each order and a screenshot of the table on the product page? You can send them to me by email, I just replied to your support email.

after looking at your screenshots, it seems it’s your customer that’s been writing his name twice. If you look at the screenshot of order #706, under shipping details it says “chris chris”. Can you confirm?

Also, which browser are you using? There seems to be a visual bug with the quantity row which I don’t have on my computer.

I just ran a test and sent the results to you.

It looks like logged in customers will have their first name repeated.

Customers that purchase without logging in, their order showed their First and Last name as expected.

I am using Chrome Version 53.0.2785.116 m (64-bit)

that’s definitely strange, but it is totally unrelated to my plugin. My plugin only displays the information, it doesn’t write to the database at all. I’m suspecting that another woocommerce plugin is interfering with the checkout process. I can’t really help you with this, but if I were you i’d try deactivating every plugin except for WooCommerce and trying again, if that solves the issue, then its a plugin issue, if it doesn’t that means it’s most likely an issue with your theme. If its a plugin issue, then try again while reactivating each plugin one after the other, and then you will figure out which one is the culprit. When you do figure that out, please let me know which one is breaking your site, i’m curious!

Interesting. I have deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal for WooCommerce. I am still encountering the issue.

I will continue to investigate on my own and update this when I resolve the issue.
