Repeating title in google results

My results rank fine for “frat deals” in google but the titles are all messed up after installing this plugin. The end of every post says Frat DealsFrat Deals instead of just saying the website title once. It also does this on Facebook posts. I think my custom theme might have some built in SEO stuff too that this plugin could be conflicting with but I’m not sure. Can someone please help me?
