    Good day Woocommerce Stripe Team,

I’m receiving this email notifications even upon initiating an update and re-integrating as per required.

The actions [Update and Re-Integrate] had been initiated a few hours upon receiving the first email notifying the requirement of such for security and experience. Upon the execution, the plugin was tested, function and appear as per how it should [as image below].

But then, i’ve been consistently receiving such notification repeatedly. In addition to that, i’ve even conducted a check and did not found any error within my script and environment that might trigger anything – which consequently mean, everything is fine as per how it should.

So, Why such notification? Are they just reminders in general sent to all users, or, they are specifically sent to users which reflects pending to be conducted or maybe incomplete actions in your ecosystem?

    Hi @iamkaramsidhu ,

I understand getting repeated emails after you’ve completed an update can be confusing. It’s possible that the notification system hasn’t registered your update yet.

To move forward, could you ensure that your Stripe Payment Gateway is definitely on version 8.6 or higher and that the re-authentication with Stripe Connect is fully completed? Sometimes it takes a little time for our system to recognize changes. If everything is up-to-date, you can safely ignore these emails.

However, if the messages continue, please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. This will allow us to take a closer look at your site. Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in here using the “<code>” block.

Looking forward to getting this sorted out.

Hi @reynierc , Thank you for your prompt reply in providing assistance over the raised matter.

I’ve checked my logs in overall as well as the status of the plugin specifically, and, it was as per how it should be with everything related to my site > this plugin > stripe configured accordingly as per how it should. Stripe service connectivity is in allow-list on my set security ecosystem as well as over manually configured security configuration such as at my Security Headers [connect-src etc] However, to ensure effective and seamless connectivity, i’ve optimised my database tables, purged cache entirely over all sectors, re-installed the plugin and re-configured it.

No new changes captured at my end, however, i no longer receiving those emails requesting for required changes which somehow mean either it was due to the email notification was the final sent as mentioned in the email, or, it was specifically due to the minor cached data which was entirely cleared via an overall cache clearance.

    Hi @iamkaramsidhu ,

Thanks for the detailed update, and I’m glad to hear those “Action Required” emails have stopped. It sounds like you did everything right, especially with optimizing your database and clearing the cache. You’re correct, it could have been the last notification or resolved by the cleanup.

Keep an eye on things and if those emails pop up again or if you notice anything else out of the ordinary. If you have further questions or need any future help, please feel free to open a new topic. ??
