Replace ajax lite form with the theme one

Hi! The option to automatically replace the search form is not working for my theme
ShoppingCart

The file that contains the form has the following code:

I am not being able to replace with the
<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[wpdreams_ajaxsearchlite]’); ?>

Can someone help me?
