• We are using Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro to collect user information. They can upload their own avatars into the plugin’s own avatar uploader. This does not file to User’s profile. I’d like to add their custom field to Users WordPress plugins and possibly replace their default wordpress avatar. The custom field is called ihc_avatar.

As Ultimate Membership Pro is a commercial plugin, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

That being said, they have a support doc which says that the UMP avatar won’t replace the default WP one, so you may need to alter your template (in a child theme).
