Replace 'strong' by 'b' … bad effect/impact ? (except CSS)

    Hi,

    My question is :
    as in some of my posts there may be up to 50 <strong> tags…
    To reduce the weight of my posts/pages and decrease the used space of wp-posts table, if I replace <strong> by <b>, will this change have critical impact (except CSS rules) ?
