Replace h1 Tag in Sidebar

Hi,

I’d like to replace the <h1> tag in the sidebar by a <div>. By default, <h1> is used as headline for the widgets in the sidebar.
What is the best way to replace the h1 tags? I am using a child theme of the Twenty Fourteen theme.
