Replace Icons With Text

  • Hello! I’m hoping someone can help me out..

    How can I use text links instead of the sharing icons?
    For example- at the bottom of every post I want the links “tweet” “share”(for FB) and “pin” without the sharing buttons. I had it set up, or so I thought, but the text links ended up sharing the entire web page instead of sharing the individual posts.
