@benj0612 It’s probably your browser cache, which is still storing the old image. Try force refreshing your browser tab. In Chrome, it’s Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Command+Shift+R (MacOS).

@benj0612 hmm… on https://www.dr-detailing.com/ironx-carpro/, which image is still (showing) the old image (you can copy the URL)? Can you also send a link to the new image (e.g. google drive)? I’ll try to replicate the issue.

Another thing, please go to Tools >> Site Health >> Info, and copy the WP environment info here, which may help diagnose the issue you are seeing.

https://www.dr-detailing.com/ironx-carpro/ if you click on the feature image it shows another. This other should be the right image ;)

    Can you see it?

I noticed that the image shown is an AVIF, and the linked image is a JPG. Which one is the old image, and which one is the new image?

Do you have some sort of proxy/CDN that is optimizing and replacing images on the fly? e.g. Cloudflare

ASE only replaces images of the same type, so, a JPG with another JPG.

    Hi,

In fact, when the file format is different it do not show on front office.

Too bad that it is not written as an alert, because in back office the good picture is shown.

What I did (to help others) : in medias, I cancelled the Imagify compression to have a .jpeg format back. Then I replace media, then I activated again Imagify compression.

    Thank you.
