Replace old WP with new local WP and 301

  • Hi there,
    I was just wondering if anybody has a link or how2 for replacing an existing WordPress Site (online) with a new WordPress Site (localhost, Sinology)?

    I only have 30-40 pages and 301 would be also nessesary since Navigation and lots of content and links has been moved on my new WP site.

    I know there are so many posts and help availible you might know, which isn’t that complicated. I am going to do this the first time and I do not want to make any mistakes.

    Any help or input is appriciated.
