Replace only on specific URLs or English Version of WPML

    Hello,

    I have a website that uses WPML as having French and English version.
    I want to translate a sentence on English version only

    French is default: wwww.website.com
    English is: wwww.website.com/en

    So I want to replace things only if the page starts with English URL: wwww.website.com/en….

    What should I do?
