replaced phone and cannot access 2FA codes any more

    Hi

    My mobile phone died and I had to get a replacement. I used the Google Authenticator App to get the 2FA code to access to my self-hosted WordPress Sites. So I cannot generate the correct code to login any more. I think I did save backup codes to file but I have no idea what the filename of the codes would have been. Does anybody know what the filename would be and if not how to disable the 2FA plugin ? I run the site so I have full access to the file system.
