Replacing "_" with " " (space), not stripping down HTML

When I use Text Beautify on my woocommerce installation it strips down any html I use in the product_description.
– Is there a way to have Text Beautify clean up my posts, but leaving intact the html styling used within the post itself?
– Is there a way to target also Page Title and product_category?
– I am trying to replace “_” (underscores) with ” ” (spaces) in my product_names, but it won’t work. How can I make it enforce this replacement?
