Replacing “authors” metadata with a custom field

Hi,

I am looking for some help in overriding the “authors” metadata field with a custom acf field (which is called ‘display_author’.

I’ve pasted in the part of the JSON file that contains the field I want to modify. Looking for any kind of help on this or direction to an example.
