replacing event number with bullet point

Great calendar plugin!

I was hoping to remove numbers for each event, and replace them with a bullet point (or nothing at all), as we rarely have more than one event a day, so it looks odd.

But the element doesn’t appear to have its own class or id, and I am not confident editing the actual plugin php.
