Replacing H1 text with alternate text

  • What is the best and most efficient means of replacing H1 text that gets populated into a page and replaced with something different?

    For example I have a client who wants the text ‘Featured Content’ to replace ‘About Us’ which is the actual page name and H1 tag for that page.
