Replacing Heading text with Image?

Hi all,

I’m trying to replace the “CorporateDollar.com – get more corporate sponsors” at https://www.corporatedollar.com with a .jpg image file.

Here’s the current code in my profile:

How do I change it so that it has an image (logo)at the top left of my blog?
