Replacing old plugin with newer version

Hi there. I have tried and installed the new version of the specific plugin since i used to have the old version of oik Weight/Country Shipping (version. 1.4.1). I received a message to replace the specific plugin with the new version which is the plugin above. After installing the new plugin i could not see the Weight/Country menu under the Woocommerce->Shipping page. Then i realize that i have to create a new shipping method that will be “Multi-Rate Weight Zone”. I did create a new one with that option and added some countries and prices to it.

After creating the new postal service with the new plugin, i could not see the specific shipping method when i was trying to go through the checkout process. Any ideas? I already press the button to migrate from the old plugin.

At the moment i have to have the old plugin installed so that i can have the menu under Woocommerce->Shipping.

Any ideas about what can cause the specific issue? Any ideas on what i need to do to sort this out? I would like to move to the new plugin version.
