Replacing or editing images in a post

After adding over 100 images into a single post I had to edit the images. Now I have to get the new images into the post.

Is there an easy way to update/replace the old images with the new images without having to delete the old images and reload the new images and reinsert them into the post?

It would be nice if there was an EDIT or UPDATE button in the media loader for each image that would allow us to reload a new image in case their was a change to the image.

Another nice feature in the media loader would be the option to add multiple images to a post instead of just one at a time. The gallery feature is nice but some times I just want to add 20+ images to a post without having to do it one image at a time. I’d love to be able to shift-click 20 images, hit an ‘Add to Post’ button and get a nice list of <img> tags added to the post as if I had added them individually with a line break between each image to make the code nice and neat.
