  • Hello,
It is my hope that I can help you.

If you go to Edit the Page that houses the images that you would like to replace.

Scrolling down and see where the image is loaded. Is there a REMOVE IMAGE option?
    if so remove the image.

then upload the new image to the MEDIA LIBRARY.

Go back to the EDIT PAGE – and you should see an add image – you can select your image from the media library.

I know that I had difficulty getting the sizing right. If this is the case…drag the theme template image onto your desktop and drop into photoshop to reveal the image size – and make sure that your new uploaded image is formatted with the same dimensions.

It is my hope that this helps you move forward!

    Hello ohkristen

    Thank you for your reply.

OK, I am in Appearance | Themes at the moment. I select one of the themes called iFeature, and click on Editor.

For some reason, that shows me a CSS stylesheet not for iFeature but for the theme used on the live WP Web page (Just Pink). However, I can change it to edit my iFeature theme.

That shows me the CSS stylesheet for iFeature.

Down the left-hand side of the Dashboard under Appearance, I can only see:

    Themes
    Customise
    Widgets
    Custom Sidebars
    Fonts
    Mojo Themes
    Just Pink
    Header
    Background
    Editor

I cannot see a ‘Remove Image’ option. In any case, I have the impression that I am not editing iFeature at all (even though I am on iFeature’s CSS stylesheet). I think I am still looking at the Just Pink site because if I click ‘Customise’ for example, I am taken to the live Web site pages again!

    Thanks for your help again.

Can you check to see if your iFeature Theme is activated?

It is good practice to delete themes (and plugins) that you are not using. (You can keep 2012 which is helpful if you ever need to debug your site)

Forgive me if you have already check this in your process.

Let me know and we can figure out a next step.

    Looking forward,
    Kristen

    Hello

OK, so I log-in, go to Appearances | Themes and I see what I am showing in the iFeatures1.jpg screenshot.

    https://www.bayingwolf.com/iFeature1.jpg

    I have already activated it.

When I then click on Pages (please see screenshot iFeature2_Pages.jpg), I see:

    https://www.bayingwolf.com/iFeature2_Pages.jpg

I can’t see any images – only links. Moreover, those links belong NOT to the iFeatures theme, but to the Just Pink theme which is the theme of the live site which is here:

    https://www.tomorrowswirralwomen.org.uk

Eventually, I want to replace that site and that theme with the iFeatures theme.
