Replacing the message: Could not find payment information

This is considered customization, so it’s outside of what we support. However, there are plenty of other people who can chime in to help.

I am a developer and have a decent understanding about customisations. I tried a few different methods including editing the files directly (not recommended I know) without any luck and that’s why I decided to seek help. Please explain the steps and I can get those to work.
