    It was driving me crazy. I would change the options for replacing the URLs, run an export, and then find that the URLs weren’t changed. I must have run it 10 times (and on a pretty big site, so it took a long time each round).

    Finally, I scrolled to the bottom of the General settings page and discovered a SAVE button! Each time I had tried the URL field was filled in with my most recent try, so it LOOKED like it was saved. But it wasn’t.

    Once I found SAVE and used it, my export worked as expected.
