Replies in WordPress Ideas Section not Displaying

I’ve been reading some topics in WordPress Ideas and even tried to reply to some of the topics that interest me, but I just found out that my replies are not being published or they are totally invisible.

How can I publicize my replies and make it visible to readers?
I am so curious that I might have done something to violate some rules..
Just please patch me through.
