Replies not viisble

    Hi there! i am using your plugin and its amazing! However since i started using it i dont see my review replies. I really want to thank my customers for leaving reviews on our site, but when i write a reply they are not visible.

    How can i fix this?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    By default, the replies to reviews are display in the reviews section on the product page. If you use a review shortcode to display reviews, please use the all reviews short code to display replies also. For example:

    [cusrev_all_reviews show_replies="true"]

    Please go to Reviews > Settings > Shortcodes tab to get more details.

    Yes, but unfortunately the replies are messed up in general. In woocommerce original review layout the reply is always under the review that is replyng to. After installing your plugin, the replies are just displayed as a regular reviews…

    If they are listed like this there is no point to diplay replies at all…

    You can also consider turning off the option Lazy Load Reviews in Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions tab, to see if it works.

    While i was waiting for you reply today i disabled the plugins but none helped. can you share with me a screenshot how usually the replies are displayed if your plugn works as expected?

    Also i cannot fidn the lazy load reviews option in the location you told me.

    I also cannot find the lazy load option but that does not sound like its related to this issue.
    I would also like to request a screenshot of how your replies to reviews are supposed to appear.
    Can anyone provide that?

    OK. I figured this out.
    The settings to change are WordPress settings.
    Dashboard > Settings > Discussion
    This setting must be enabled:
    Other comment settings:
    Enable threaded (nested) comments 5 levels deep.
    not sure what the level # does so I left it at 5

    If you’re displaying reviews anywhere using the shortcodes you’ll need to be sure you have the show replies set to true.
    show_replies=”true”
