Replies not working

Hi,

Thanks for the great plugin, it’s a great addition to default WordPress comment system. We’re just struggling to have make it work with replies, there’s any additional settings or care we must have in our template to have ir properly working?

PS: maybe we’ll see it broken in the link because we deactivated to have our comments fully working while we fix this issue.
