Replies to reviews not shown

I’m contacting you as I think that there is a really important missing feature that prevents to use the review service fully.
Reviews are posted automatically to the cusrev store review page, which is a good thing. However our replies to reviews are not shown, and this is a huge problem. When there is a review that is not founded on real informations and results in a rate of 1, a reply should be displayed to inform visitors correctly on the situation, or it shouldn’t be displayed at all if jeopradizing your store on false/wrong information. It decreases the rate of this product, and the store globally base on incorrect information. If one solution would be to not count this review, it also seems impossible to show a reply to this review.
Is there a solution to this issue?
