    Hi,
    when i tried to reply form ticket, i have the notification “email not sent”.
    how to fix ?
    i use premium version.

    Regarding your query, Could you please confirm if the error occurred on all the tickets or any particular ticket? And please check If the email id is present in the requestor email field and if the email is valid.

    Hi,
    thanks for your reply.
    I confirm the requestor email field is valid and the error occurred on all the tickets.
    I think the problem come from the submit button, my licence is correctly activate but the submit button label stay “submit as free…”.

    Please confirm If you have added the correct support email in the Support Email (Outgoing) setting under the Email setting menu of WSDesk. Usually, this error comes when the email setup is not in place.
    Also, Could you please share the screenshot where you are getting the label “Submit as Free”?

    Solved. The email setup was wrong in the Support Email (Outgoing).
