• I posted a question on your website and received a reply asking for admin access to my production website. Is this something you normally ask for? I can’t believe anyone would give you admin-level login access to their website! The email reply specifically asked for:

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

    We have read your support query. You have the issue like some log entries are visible and some logs are not available. As per our plugin functionality, all is working proper. Only on your website, issue exists. So we had asked you to give admin access. Also we had told you that if you can’t give access, we are happy to help you via remote access of your pc like anydesk.
