    CFDB doesn’t do anything with email. This sounds like an issue with your contact form plugin or email server.

    i don’t know, i’m not technical at all. just stopped working the way it did before. Form seems to work as emails come in, though looking at the contact form DB the customers details eg name, email address etc are all of a sudden in different fields. For example yeterday when it worked email address was in a field email_1 and now its blank instead in a field 2_1. No idea whats going on can you help?

    That is a completely different problem than what you described initially.

    CFDB saves the data that the form plugin gives it when a form submission happens. You should first look at the form definition in whatever plugin you are using to create and manage it to see what field names are defined.

    yes i was digging further to see how the contact emails are stored. I’m about stuck now as i thought the cfdb was the plugin, seems not then. must be part of my theme as no oother contact plugins are installed except contact form db
