Reply to Customer on New Pre-Order Email

Hi there! Longtime user of this amazing plugin! As we expend, we plan to shift to PRO Version, however I have a question:
When new pre order is placed by customer I receive an email notification, but compared to standard WooCommerce New Order email, when i press reply to that email I am sending email to myself, instead in standard WooCoomerce email when I hit Reply I am actually replying to a customer. Can you help me with that?
