Reply-To doesn’t work

    I added “Reply-To: [NAME] <[EMAIL]>” in the “Additional headers” area but it doesn’t work, it doesn’t send a copy to the designated email.

    The NAME and EMAIL fields exist.

    Why?

  • What do you mean with it sending a copy? The To field is used for sending the notification, it can have multiple email addresses in it.

    Reply to is the email that is used when someone replies to the email (clicks the reply button in their email client).
