Reply-to Email not working

Thanks for sharing the export. I tested the fom export but it works out of the box. Once I click the “Reply” button in the email it picks the correct Email address ie added for “reply-to:“.

Are you testing in the default Gmail account accessible from the web browser? Or are you using any Email Apps to access Gmail?

Could you please double check what you notice on email headers for “Reply-to” as shared in the following screenshot:

Does “Reply-to” pick the correct email address?

You are right it’s working fine now. Maybe it was something that I set up wrong. Thanks for your help.
