Hi, I can’t get the Reply-To Field in the additional headers to function. I have searched the forums and I have it set up correctly. I use multiple contact forms, and when I receive them and hit reply, I reply to myself– not to the person who filled out the contact form. What am I doing wrong?

Here is what I have in the fields:
    To: [email protected]
    From: [email protected]
    Subject: General Contact Form Inquiry
    Additional Headers: Reply-To: [your-email]

    Message Body:
    From:
    [your-name]
    [your-email]
    [phone]

    Message Body:

Where can we see the website?

Take a look at my tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Wopj50O_74 and subscribe if you like!

btw… just place [your-email] into additional headers!

In your case it should look like: Reply-To: [your-email]

    works?

No, I have it all set up correctly. I have narrowed down the problem, though. It seems to be working in my IMAP emails now, however not in the CRM I am using– Pipedrive. So, this isn’t the fault of Contact Form 7. I would take any advice if you have it on getting it working in a CRM, but otherwise, it appears to be functioning now.
