    Hey folks,

I can’t get one of my forms to auto fill the ‘Reply To’ field with the form sender’s email address. I’m sure I have got this working on other sites but nothing I do seems to fix the issue.

In advanced, I have tried using {inputs.email} in the ‘Reply To’ setting and I have also tried leaving it blank. replying to a sent email just replies to the site admin email address instead of the person who sent the form.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

    Many thanks! : )

    Hello there,

As you have already set Reply To in advanced settings, this should resolve the issue. As the issue is not resolved after applying the settings, can you please let us know which SMTP plugin and email sending service you are using so that we can investigate the issue?

    Thank you

    Hi Amimul,

Many thanks for the reply. On this site I am using the Zoho Mail plugin for SMTP as the client is using Zoho mail. Do you know if this is compatible with Fluent Forms?

    Many thanks for your help!

    Hello @lanxalot,

Would you please try changing the email sending service temporarily to identify whether the issues is not appearing from the email sending service? You may also try temporarily installing Fluent SMTP and configure GMAIL as the email sending service.

    Let me know the update.

    Thank you

    Hi?@amimulihsanmahdi

I finally found time to swicth the SMTP solution to Amazon AWS and Fluent Forms + Fluent Forms SMTP. Everything works fine. It seems there is a compatibilty issue with the Zoho SMTP setup/ plugin. I also believe the fault is with Zoho’s methods.

    Many thanks for your help!
