  • Take a close look at your Email Header and add it here.

@buzztone Have you seen the screenshots?
I have nothing similar in my wordpress site to the fields you have posted.

Where is it suposed to be placed?

    Have you seen the screenshots?

Yes – they all look OK. That’s why I suggested you look at your Email Header.

If you use GMail, go to the received email & click on the Show Details drop down to see the email header.

See what is in the reply-to: field & copy it into this thread.

@buzztone Ok, this is what I get back in my Freshdesk platform:

Your latest image still doesn’t show your Email Header information.

The link I provided I thought would show what is required. Perhaps searching “Email Header” on Google will give you other articles which explain this better for you.

I think you need to see what reply-to: field value (if any) is included in any actual email you receive from CF7 to investigate your problem.

@buzztone I think it shows “Email Header” information, but not as the same way as Gmail does.
    To: Field is “[email protected]
    Reply-To field is “[email protected]

But the filled reply-to in plugin “additional header” value is the mail of the form, that is: [email protected] when i sent a testing form.

When I click reply in the platform, the system wants to reply to “[email protected]” but it should be [email protected] .

I understand what you did to test this & what you want to happen when you hit reply.

Now that we have the Reply-To: field from the Email header, we can see that this is being set to [email protected] when the email is being sent.

As your CF7 form setup is done correctly, this indicates this is being changed or over-written elsewhere.

This could be being done by your hosting as spam prevention measure.

    @buzztone FYI:

Fixed. The problem was a value in Freshdesk admin panel automatically disabled and causes the Reply-to value being ignored. So both wordpress and CF7 were working perfectly always.
Modified this check in Freshdesk and Reply-to worked again.

    Thanks for your support.
    Regards.
