    I have several forms on my site and suddenly all of them are not recognizing the Reply To field to pick up the sender’s email address.

    I use GSuites email and when I hit reply, it only adds my own address in the reply field. It no longer adds the email address of the person sending the form.

    The field for the email address of the sender is still in the form. And that element is still in the Actions and Notifications setting for each form

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    It looks like you’re experiencing a quirk of Gmails system – but we have troubleshooting information that should help you resolve this here: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/email-notifications/#kb-reply-to-address-ignored-by-gmail

    Thank you for the link.

    I’m using the WP Mail SMTP plugin on this site and noticed issues related to such plugins on the link you sent too.

    When I checked into it, saw the WP Mail SMTP plugin had logged the error below, and is likely the source of this issue.

    EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.5.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

    Mailer: Gmail
    {
    “error”: “invalid_grant”,
    “error_description”: “Token has been expired or revoked.”
    }
    Please re-grant Google app permissions!
    Go to WP Mail SMTP plugin settings page. Click the “Remove Connection” button.
    Then click the “Allow plugin to send emails using your Google account” button and re-enable access.

    Thank you for the quick reply to help me know where to start looking for the issue.

    Hi @blogaid

    Could you please reach out to the WP Mail SMTP support team about this as it seems to be an issue with their plugin and not Formidable?

    Yes, have already done so.
